Luxury Villa rentals across Ibiza and Mallorca see large spike in Christmas & New Year bookings
As the Christmas period is getting closer, we are seeing a huge increase in demand from clients seeking a Christmas and New Year getaway. Ibiza in particular is seeing an obvious increase in daily arrivals and the general atmosphere across the island is becoming more and more festive every day.
Although we normally see a small spike of new visitors in the winter months, the demand this year is much much higher than usual. This is particularly evident for clients who can travel privately and who are also aware that there are fewer restrictions across the Balearics compared to Spain’s mainland. In addition, and as discussed in an article by Diario de Ibiza, the regulations in the Balearics will also be relaxed on December 24th, 25th, 31st as well as January 1st, easing the pressure on any festive celebrations.
For any Travel Partners with clients considering a Christmas and/or New Year getaway, we have a wide range of properties that are equipped for the occasion with central heating, heated pools, outdoor hot tubs, saunas and gyms.
Here are just a small handful of example properties, all ‘winter ready’ and open for business. Contact us now for more information on our winter options.
