The house was completely renovated in 2019 and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, several private terraces and air conditioning throughout.

The completely fenced outdoor area has distant sea views, as well as a heated pool with a plunge pool area for children and a covered bbq patio with luxuriously comfortable seating. There is also parking for 3-4 cars.

Cala Vadella is one of the most picturesque beaches in Ibiza. Family friendly and with a good ambiance even during winter time. There are many restaurants and a beach club for entertainment.

From the house it’s a 5 min drive down the mountain to get to the beach. There is a supermarket and a great restaurant (Can Pa) around the corner. The next town is San Josep, just a 15 min drive inland, where you will find the bigger supermarkets and shops.
