1. Overview
The Privadia Partner Advantage Program (“the Scheme”) is designed to reward our valued travel partners for their loyalty and to welcome new agencies into our network. The Scheme provides a combination of professional concierge support, immediate new-agency cash incentives, and annual partner credits.
2. Eligibility & Participation
2.1. Standard Agency
Any travel agency or professional partner with an active agreement with Privadia is eligible.
2.2. Qualifying “New Agency” Status
To qualify for the “New Agency Accelerator” rewards (Section 4), an agency must meet one of the following criteria:
- The agency has never previously placed a booking with Privadia.
- The agency has not placed a booking with Privadia for a period of 24 months or more prior to the current booking date.
- Note: Eligibility is determined by the Date of Booking, not the guest arrival date.
3. The “Always-On” Partner Perk: Dedicated Concierge
Every booking made through Privadia includes access to our
Professional Guest Concierge Service.
- For the Agent: We act as your on-the-ground team, handling all logistics, pre-arrival requirements, and in-stay requests.
- For the Guest: 24/7 support for restaurant bookings, private chefs, yacht charters, and local experiences.
- Benefit: This service is provided at no additional cost to the Partner Agency, allowing you to offer a full-service experience to your VIP clients.
4. New Agency “First Booking” Accelerators
Qualifying New Agencies (as defined in Section 2.2) receive an
Immediate Cash Reward for their
first completed booking within the Scheme year.

5. Annual Loyalty Rewards (All Agencies)
5.1. Cumulative Spend Credits
All participating agencies earn retrospective Partner Credits based on their cumulative Net Booking Value (NBV) generated within April 25th – December 31st.
- The Reward: A €500 Partner Credit for every €50,000 of cumulative NBV.
- The Cap: The maximum annual loyalty credit is capped at €1,500 per agency.
5.2. Payout & Redemption
- Issuance: Credits are issued as a Privadia Partner Credit Note in January of the following year.
- The “Advance” Rule: For New Agencies, any “Immediate Cash” paid out (Section 4) will be deducted from the final year-end Credit Note total.
- Validity: Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue for use on new bookings.
6. Standard Guest Perks (Recurring)
These perks apply to
every individual booking that hits the following thresholds (excluding the specialised first-booking perks for New Agencies):
- Tier 1: Bookings over €30,000 NBV
- Benefit: Complimentary Premium Welcome Pack (including Champagne).
- Tier 2: Bookings over €50,000 NBV
- Benefit: Complimentary Round-Trip Airport Transfers (standard vehicle, up to 6 passengers) plus the Welcome Pack.
7. General Provisions
- Completion Rule: Rewards are only triggered once a guest has checked out and all balances are settled.
- Net Booking Value: Calculated as the net amount paid to Privadia for villa rentals (excluding security deposits or concierge add-ons).
- Logistics: Transfers require 7 days’ notice; Welcome Packs require 72 hours’ notice.
- Modifications: Privadia reserves the right to amend or terminate the Scheme with 30 days’ notice.
