We work exclusively with properties that offer premium features, high levels of comfort, and outstanding locations. In the Balearic Islands, we consider villas ranging from approximately €800 per night to €40,000 per night, with our average weekly rental at around €20,000.
In Kalkan, we welcome properties priced from €400 per night up to €10,000 per night, while in Mykonos, our portfolio includes villas from €800 per night to €40,000 per night. This ensures that every home we represent delivers the level of luxury, service, and overall experience expected by our high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

Rather than simply listing your property, we act as its dedicated ambassadors. How do bookings work?
Our dedicated team manages the full booking process, and the entire guests stay. Once your villa is listed, we coordinate enquiries, confirm bookings, handle check-ins if necessary, and liaise directly with guests, saving you time and effort. We only communicate with your house management team when necessary.
How does Privadia ensure guest quality?
We carefully vet all enquiries, filtering out clients who do not meet the standards of our villas. This ensures your property is reserved for serious, high-quality guests only. We make sure to understand your expectations towards the type of guests you would like to receive at your villa.
How do I get paid?
Privadia guarantees secure, timely payments. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive your funds according to the agreed payment schedule, providing financial certainty and peace of mind. Normally, this would be 40% at the time of booking and 60%, 60 days before arrival.
Can Privadia handle guest requests and questions?
Yes. Our team can manage up to 90% of client enquiries and requests directly, reducing the demands on your time while maintaining a premium service standard.
Do I need to work with Privadia exclusively?
Not at all. We are happy to work alongside other agencies as you normally do. Many owners choose to appoint us as their primary partner because our model is designed to make your life easier. By centralising guest communication and arrival logistics through our team, we take the administrative burden off you and your house management staff, allowing you to maintain your current distribution strategy while enjoying a more streamlined, hands-off experience.
If you choose to work with us on a lead-partner basis, we can naturally dedicate more resources to your villa’s promotion, which often helps in increasing visibility. However, our primary goal is to ensure your season runs smoothly, regardless of which other agencies you work with.
What support do I receive from Privadia?
Our team provides comprehensive support to ensure your villa bookings run smoothly from start to finish. We act as a dedicated operational buffer between you and your guests, managing all administrative requirements and guest communication throughout the stay.
While we do not provide physical property management services, our team is available 24/7 to handle all guest-related queries, logistical requests, and information sharing. This allows your house management team to remain focused on the property itself, while we ensure that you and your guests are fully supported, every step of the way.
