On entering the villa on the ground floor there is an entrance hall from where you reach the fully equipped stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, café Nespresso and microwave) with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.

The villa has 2 spacious living rooms to choose from, each with its own log fire, cosy sofa, TV, DVD and they lead out onto the covered terraces with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of this magic island. There is also a toilet on the same floor.

In the garage there is the washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
