Booking & Payment Options

We offer flexible workflows to suit how different advisors operate:

Option A: Advisor Collects Payment from Client

  • Advisor collects full payment from the client
  • Pays Privadia the net amount (after commission)
  • Payment terms: 50% within 48 hours of confirmation, 50% 60 days before arrival
  • Booking confirmation issued once funds are received

Option B: Privadia Contracts Directly with Client

  • Privadia contracts directly with the client
  • Client pays us in full
  • Advisor receives their commission once payment is confirmed

Advisors can choose the workflow that best suits their client and business model. Both options are available for all bookings.

Step 3

Confirmation & Concierge

Once we receive the signed contract and deposit, the booking is confirmed.

The client is then introduced to our Guest Experience Team, who will:

  • Coordinate all concierge services (chefs, yachts, transport, etc.)
  • Liaise with the agent or client directly, depending on preference
  • Ensure a seamless experience from pre-arrival to checkout

Commissions

We offer:

10% standard commission on all villa bookings

Earn an additional €500 for every €50,000 spent between April 25th and Dec 31st, up to a maximum of €1,500.

Commission applies to villa rental only, excluding services and extras unless agreed separately.

Access is granted exclusively to verified travel professionals, including travel advisors, villa agencies, and concierge service companies with proven experience in villa holiday bookings. Each application is reviewed individually to ensure our villas are represented only by trusted trade partners.

The dashboard provides direct access to villa availability, pricing, commissions, map search functionality, and unbranded property links — all designed to support your client-facing business.

Once you’ve selected a villa shown as available in our dashboard for your chosen dates, our villa specialists are on hand via WhatsApp, email, or enquiry form to help you quickly and efficiently finalise your booking.

We offer a 10% standard commission on villa rentals. Commission applies to villa rental only unless otherwise agreed. We invite you to check out our Rewards program and agency incentives.

We provide two booking workflows:

  • Advisor Collects Payment – you take payment from your client and pay us the net amount (minus commission).
  • Privadia Contracts Directly – we contract with the client and pay you your commission once funds are received.
