Privadia is on the hunt for the newest addition to our Account Management team.

What is Privadia?

With operations in both Ibiza and the UK, Privadia is one of the Balearic islands’ fastest-growing villa rental companies. Our team of 12 industry experts market over 200 of the Balearic Islands’ most exclusive rental properties to a network of agency partners worldwide. Now entering our 7th year of trading we have a passion for all things travel, hospitality and technology.

What are we looking for?

Our Account Management team is at the core of our business, always trying to find a perfect match between property and client through continued multichannel communication with our agency partners. They are the problem-solvers of the business with a pro-active and can-do approach to both relationship-building and day-to-day tasks. Although this role will be partly office-based, our team also have the freedom to find a working environment that suits them. We promote remote working through the week with regular meetings and calls scheduled to discuss progress/set goals.

As the role includes everything from general enquiries, through to marketing, portfolio management and website integrations…we are really looking for an all-rounder that is ready to take on any challenge presented to them. The main thing for us is a willingness to learn and grow with the business.

We are offering a full-time role with a competitive package including a basic salary plus commission and additional performance-based bonuses. Still sound good? Here is what you will need to deliver

  • Understand the needs and requirements of our agency partners by providing first-class service, both over the phone and online.

  • Be on hand to offer local knowledge and key insights into our property portfolio, ensuring you propose the perfect selection of properties to match our agencies’ guests’ needs.

  • The ability to walk our agency partners through the enquiry, booking, contract and payment process for any property rental

  • Be a strong communicator. Listen well and have the ability to build long-lasting and successful partnerships with both our owners and agency partners

  • The ability to manage multiple rental enquiries simultaneously

  • Effectively onboard new agency partners and be responsible for presenting our suite of products and services.

Your profile:

  • You live within the North of England or Ibiza, have a full driving license and are willing to travel when required.

  • You have a background in account management or senior account management.  Experience in dealing with high-end service providers and clients is a bonus.

  • You have excellent listening, writing and communication skills in English. Speaking Spanish (or other languages) is not essential for the role but would definitely be worth mentioning in your application

  • You are self-motivated, results-driven, well-organised and have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.

  • You embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • You are a quick learner and open to constructive feedback

  • You are tech-savvy and can talk confidently about websites and internet technology

  • You are flexible with your working hours where required
