Set on a large plot the villa boasts mature gardens with vivid bougainvillea and fruit trees to the sides and rear of the property, with ample parking at the front… all secure behind a large electric gate.

Next to the pool, we have a cool relaxing covered sofa area, as well as 2 oversized cabanas, perfect for when the Ibizan sun gets too hot. There is also an outdoor BBQ / bar and dining space for those lovely long Spanish evenings under the stars.

Casa Labonita is a very large house with air conditioning throughout, as well as high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden.

The house consists of a bright modern kitchen diner, huge lounge area and a large TV/cinema room, complete with a 62 inch TV with Netflix and English channels.
