Inside a Turnkey Villa Itinerary: How Privadia’s B2B Support Helps Travel Professionals Sell High-End Ibiza

The quickest way to explain what our B2B support actually does for an advisor is to walk through a real week. So here is one. A family of around a dozen wants seven nights in Ibiza, three generations travelling together to mark a milestone, and they want it private and easy, with none of the logistics landing on them. The advisor sends us the brief. What we send back is not a list of villas to sift through. It is a finished trip, and a proposal they can put straight in front of the client under their own name.

Villa Martinet Privadia

Starting with the right house

Every good Ibiza itinerary begins with the villa, because the villa sets the tone for everything after it. For this one we would reach for Villa Martinet. Its address is Cap Martinet, which is about as good as Ibiza addresses get, close to Ibiza Town on one side and Talamanca’s sands on the other. Six bedrooms, and space for a dozen, so a family or a group never feels crammed in. The first thing anyone notices, though, is not the bedroom count. It is the view. Every terrace looks out over open water. Dalt Vila’s old-town silhouette sits across it, and the hills of Formentera rise behind. Down at pool level there is a saltwater pool, ten metres by five, with a shaded dining terrace beside it laid for fourteen. Hold that number in mind for later in the week. Steps lined with lavender climb to a second terrace above. Downstairs there is a small gym and a cinema room. It is modern and calm, and completely private. In other words, it is a place a group would be happy never to leave, which is rather the point of building the rest of the week around it.

Seven nights, handled

The trip opens the moment the family lands. There is no taxi queue. A private driver meets them at Ibiza Airport and runs them the fifteen or twenty minutes up to the villa, a transfer that comes to about €175 for a vehicle seating seven. Our team has already dealt with the luggage and the check-in by the time they walk in. The fridge is stocked, there are fresh flowers on the table and, since this is a family trip, the children’s essentials, a few birthday surprises and a personalised welcome hamper are waiting too. The first afternoon asks nothing of anyone. They unpack, pour a drink and spread out around the pool, with Dalt Vila shimmering away in the distance.

The second day belongs to the children as much as the adults. A private vehicle takes the group to Beachouse Ibiza, a beach club that genuinely works for a multigenerational party. The grown-ups settle into reserved beds by the water. The little ones, meanwhile, join the Little Beachouse programme through the afternoon, with its own children’s yoga, crafts, face painting and games, all supervised close by. Lunch is a long, sharing-style Mediterranean spread, and the family drifts back to the villa as the afternoon cools. A premium family day of this kind runs to around €2,750 for a group of ten to twelve, with transport for the day included.

The middle of the week goes to the sea. A transfer runs the group down to Ibiza Port. The private yacht is waiting there, and by midday they are already cruising towards Formentera. There is no rush to get across, though. The whole point is the day on the water itself. They swim in the turquoise shallows off Ses Illetes and nose the boat into the quieter coves. Someone always ends up paddleboarding off the back. Lunch is a table at Juan y Andrea, right on the sand at Ses Illetes, unless the group would rather have it brought out to the yacht. Either way, the boat only turns for home once the evening light comes in. A premium private yacht day like this sits somewhere between €5,000 and €9,000, transport included, with the exact figure down to the boat.

After a day like that, the next one slows right down. It opens with a private yoga session on the upper terrace, the Mediterranean laid out below, before the spa team arrives and the villa quietly becomes a spa of its own. The spa team can lay on massage, whether deep-tissue or something gentler, along with facials and reflexology. There is a manicure and pedicure for anyone who wants one, and treatments soft enough that the children can join in too. As a rough guide, the treatments run from about €280 to €390 per person, depending on what each guest picks. A private chef then cooks a light Mediterranean lunch by the pool. After that the afternoon is left completely open. Read a bit, swim, nap, do it again. Not every day of a good holiday needs an excursion attached to it.

The next evening is built around a sunset. As the heat comes off the day, a transfer takes the group across to Cala Comte, one of the finest places on the island to watch the sun go down. We would hold a table at Sunset Ashram, so the family can eat and drink while the sky turns over the sea. For a special occasion, a private photographer can come along beforehand to catch the light and a few family portraits. Dinner and drinks for ten to twelve at Sunset Ashram come to roughly €900 to €1,600, depending on how the evening runs.

Then a day with nowhere to be. No beach club, no yacht, no restaurant to get to. Just the villa. The morning is for the pool, and come evening a private chef fires up the villa’s own summer kitchen for a proper Ibizan BBQ. Fresh seafood and grilled meats come off the grill. There are Ibizan vegetables and seasonal salads alongside, and homemade desserts to finish. All of it is laid out at the long shaded table on the terrace, and the wine is chosen and delivered in advance. A private-chef BBQ like this starts at around €90 to €120 a head for a traditional menu and climbs to roughly €160 for the fine-dining version, so for a dozen guests the evening tends to land between €900 and €2,000. After lunch, there is genuinely nowhere else anyone needs to be.

The final night is the celebration. Whether the occasion is a birthday, an anniversary or simply the end of a wonderful week, the upper terrace is transformed for a private dinner cooked around the group. A celebration of that kind, for ten to twelve, runs from roughly €1,500 to €4,000. And once the plates are cleared comes the finale. An open-air cinema is set up out in the villa grounds. Picture a large screen with crisp HD projection, and premium sound to go with it. Individual beanbags and blankets to sink into. Soft lighting, side tables within reach, and a classic popcorn stand off to the side. The family picks a film between them and settles in under the Ibizan sky. The open-air cinema adds around €1,200 to €1,900 on top. It is the kind of last night people are still talking about long after they get home.

By the final morning there is no rush at all. A last coffee on the terrace. A final swim, then breakfast looking out over the Mediterranean. An hour or so just sitting together, wondering why they have to leave at all. When it is finally time, our team gathers the luggage and sorts the transfer back to Ibiza Airport, and the family just walks away with the memories.

What the advisor actually receives

Here is the part that matters to a travel professional. Everything above, from the villa and the transfers to the yacht day, the spa and the celebration under the stars, arrives as a single, fully detailed proposal, presented under the advisor’s own brand rather than ours. It comes fully costed too, with an indicative budget against every element, so the advisor can talk real numbers with the client from the outset. Those figures are a planning guide rather than a firm quote, and they are confirmed when the booking is made. The white-label document does the selling. The client sees a beautiful, coherent week with their trusted advisor’s name on it, and never sees the operator working behind it.

For the advisor, that changes the economics of the whole booking. A trip like this would normally mean days of research and a dozen separate suppliers to chase, with a real risk of something falling through at the worst moment. Instead it becomes a proposal to review and send. The expertise, the local contacts and the on-the-ground delivery are ours. The relationship, and the sale, stay entirely theirs. It means an advisor can offer an ultra-luxury Spanish escape with genuine confidence, without needing to become an Ibiza specialist to do it.

The point of turnkey support

This is what we mean by turnkey. Not a portfolio to search and a list of numbers to call, but a finished itinerary and a finished proposal, with a guest experience team ready to deliver every piece of it once the booking is made. Villa Martinet and its seven nights are only one example. The same approach shapes every brief that reaches us, whatever the villa and whoever the group. If you have a client with Ibiza in mind, send us the outline, and we will send back a week they will remember and a proposal you will be glad to put your name to.
