A New Website, a Rewards Programme, and a Night in the New Forest – Here’s What’s Been Happening at Privadia

Honestly, the last twelve months have been a lot. In a good way, but still a lot. We launched a new website, rolled out a Rewards Programme for our travel partners, got listed on the Aspire Travel Club supplier directory, and attended one of their Escape events at Chewton Glen Hotel in March. All of that happening within roughly the same stretch of time has made it easy to keep our heads down and just get on with it.

But we thought it was worth pausing to actually write some of this down, partly because these things deserve more than a social media caption, and partly because we think our partners should understand what’s behind these changes and why they matter to us.

New Website Privadia

The Website

Let’s start here, because it represents something more than a redesign.

When we set out to build the new Privadia platform, the brief wasn’t really about aesthetics. It was about clarity. About giving our travel partners, the independent advisors, concierge companies, villa specialists and global agencies we work with every day, a smarter, faster, more intuitive way to do their jobs; and also, to target new travel companies and make a clear point of the services and value-added that Privadia can provide them with. The old site served us well for a long time, but the business had grown and the platform needed to grow with it.

Our website launch is something we’re proud of, putting in front of any partner, regardless of where they sit in the industry access to what we offer to them. Partners who have access to our dashboard can access real-time villa availability, flexible commission structures starting at 10%, access to off-market properties, white-label tools, and a full API feed for the agencies or travel companies who want that level of integration. The dashboard sits underneath all of it and, from what our partners who use it have told us, it actually behaves the way a dashboard should and it makes it easy for them to work with and share quotes with clients… which sounds obvious, but in travel tech it genuinely isn’t always the case.

A few partners have said almost exactly the same thing since launch: that it works the way they’d expected it to and it is a great tool they can rely on. We’ll take that.

“Working with Privadia makes our job exceptionally easy. Their team is consistently responsive, highly organised, and a pleasure to work with. Being able to instantly check availability is invaluable, and our clients regularly comment on the quality of the villas and the smoothness of their stays. We truly value the efficiency, transparency, and collaborative approach that defines our partnership.”

Aspire Travel Club covered the launch – you can read the full piece here and we were pleased to see it framed in the right terms: as a trade support initiative, not just a product update. Because that’s genuinely what it is.

Working at Privadia

The Rewards Programme

We’ve always believed that the best partnerships are ones where both sides feel the value. For years now, we’ve worked hard to give our travel partners exactly that, responsive account management, a portfolio of properties they can trust, and a booking experience that reflects well on them in front of their clients. But we wanted to go further.

The Agency Rewards Programme, which runs through to December 2026, is our most concrete expression of that commitment to date.

Here’s how it works in practice. New agencies can earn an immediate cash reward, up to 1% – on their first booking in 2026. Established partners accumulate loyalty credit: an additional €500 for every €50,000 spent during the programme period, capped at €1,500. Bookings over €30,000 come with a complimentary welcome pack for your clients, cava included, because the details matter. Get above €50,000, and their guests receive complimentary round-trip transfers for up to six people on top of that.

There’s also dedicated concierge service included on all bookings, not as a premium add-on, but as a standard part of the partnership.

We designed this programme because we wanted to actually reward the agencies who keep coming back. The ones who’ve built a real working relationship with us over time, not just used us for a one-off booking when nothing else was available. The structure is straightforward: the more volume you do with us, the more both you and your clients get out of it. That’s really the whole idea.

Aspire Travel Club and the UK Market

Being listed on the Aspire Travel Club supplier directory meant more to us than a backlink. Aspire is the leading luxury travel trade media brand in the UK; their community is made up of exactly the agents and advisors who should know about Privadia. And the relationship, once it began, quickly became something more than a directory listing.

Which brings us to Chewton Glen Hotel.

Chewton Glen Aspire Escape Privadia

An Evening (and a Morning) in the New Forest

In March, we attended the Aspire Escape at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa in the New Forest. It’s a two-day event Aspire runs several each year, and the format is deliberately small: twenty luxury travel agents, twenty suppliers, proper one-to-one time built into the schedule. No exhibition stands, no lanyards, no queuing to talk to someone who’s clearly looking over your shoulder for someone more useful. Just structured meetings, a group lunch, an activity, and dinner.

Chewton Glen is a good venue for that kind of thing. It’s 130 acres of Hampshire countryside, close to the coast, the sort of place where the pace slows down without anyone having to announce it. We had conversations there that we’re still following up on now; agents we’d never crossed paths with, and a few we’d only ever emailed, who turned out to be genuinely good fits for what we do.

The thing about events like this is that you go in expecting to pitch and you end up just talking. Someone mentions a client who needs a large villa in Mallorca for a multi-generational group, you have exactly that, and suddenly it’s a real conversation about real requirements. That happened a few times over the two days, which is about as good an outcome as you can hope for from any networking event.

Where Things Stand

To put it plainly: we’ve been at this for over a decade. More than 12,000 guests have stayed in properties we manage. We work with over 300 travel professionals across independent agencies, concierge companies, and large global operators. Every villa in our portfolio has been carefully selected. That’s not a marketing line, it’s how we’ve always done it, because the alternative is recommending something to a partner who then has to explain to a client why the photos didn’t match reality.

The new website and the Rewards Programme aren’t a departure from that. They’re built on top of it. The infrastructure we’ve put in place over the last ten years, the owner relationships, the on-the-ground teams in Ibiza, Mallorca, Mykonos, and Kalkan, the booking systems, that’s all still there. What we’re doing now is making it easier for the right agencies to tap into it, and making sure those agencies are rewarded properly when they do.

The Aspire partnership and events like Chewton Glen are part of the same thinking. We want to be visible and active in the UK luxury travel trade, not just listed in it. That takes showing up, being present, and having conversations that go beyond what’s in a brochure.

If you’re a travel professional and you haven’t yet set up a Privadia account, you can do that here – it takes a few minutes and, when you start booking with us, gives you access to the full portfolio with live pricing and availability. If you’d rather have a conversation first, our Business Development Manager, Carmen, is easy to reach (carmen@privadia.com) and genuinely happy to talk through how it works. You can also book a call directly through this link.

We’re in a good place right now, and we’d like more of the right partners along for it.
